A Gentle Workplace Connected to Light and Landscape

For KDDI’s new office, a company built on connecting people and ideas, well-being became the centre of the spatial concept. A collaboration hub is placed where daily movement naturally converges, creating opportunities for spontaneous conversation within the flow of the workplace.

Soft tones of pink-beige and mint green receive the natural light from the windows and make it feel gentler still. Views to the surrounding landscape remain present throughout the office, creating calm within an open environment. Through these connections – between people, light, and the world outside – the workplace seeks to reduce the quiet stresses of the working day.
