A Flexible Office Shaped by Variation and Order
What kind of space can accommodate changing ways of working? At AISIN, craft-like patterns with a sense of variation were introduced across the ceilings, floors, and windows, bringing a more human rhythm to an otherwise uniform office environment.
Rather than defining zones and sightlines too rigidly, the spaces are allowed to connect more fluidly. At the same time, a grid system provides an underlying order capable of accommodating future change.
By bringing together variation and order, ambiguity and clarity, we sought to create a new kind of office—one that can respond flexibly to changes in both the organisation and the way people work.
揺らぎと秩序がつくる、柔軟なオフィス
変化する働き方を受け入れるオフィスは、どのような空間であるべきか。AISINでは、天井や床、窓にクラフトのような揺らぎを持つパターンを取り入れ、均質になりがちなオフィスに、人の感覚に寄り添うリズムを与えました。
ゾーンの境界や視線の抜けを明確に区切りすぎず、空間同士が緩やかにつながる構成とする一方、その全体にグリッドシステムを重ねることで、変化を受け止めるための秩序をつくっています。
揺らぎと秩序、曖昧さと明快さ。その両方を共存させることで、組織や働き方の変化に柔軟に応答できる、新しいオフィスのあり方を目指しました。
